It's a horse.. look carefully. pretty obvious. ;) (would be my first guess)

but I would have to agree with someone else's guess of tiles. There is no mirror in the picture, but just 4 carefully placed objects.

All right,let me get really wacky...
These are pumpkin seeds(seeds for that matter),which have been arranged in the pattern shown due to some kind of electromagnetic pulse...I know,the most the first question of yours is that how on EARTH could seeds be affected by an EMP??
The answer is--well,it wasn't done on EARTH!Probably it was done by inquisitive aliens.So we don't have to worry about that any more.(But then how did lensc get the photograph??Hmm,interesting question,but that would probably explain his disappearance...)

OK, after all, using my free On Demand movie coupon to watch March of the Penguins turned out to be a good idea :) So where did you take this snap? I know you travel a lot but I doubt Antarctica was one of your travel spots :) Sea World in San Diego?? I doubt they have so many seals there :)
