Google tells me that it can be
1. a midge
2. a crane fly or
3. any one of the gazillion insects on this planet.
If Im right this time, (my bet is on the crane fly!) Im buying myself a lottery ticket! :)
could be a california cockroach

or may be a cross between a spider(san diego) and a LA cockroach(six legged).
