Let me be the first to make the super-obvious guess (which most probably means it is incorrect).
That is a photo of a jet-stream and the pale green object is in fact a wisp of a cloud. The photo was taken close to dusk/dawn.

Is it somone's face, with colors inverted. The one on the top right right is the lips!
The reason is I noticed that hums skin's color turns blue when the colors are inverted.

The white streak in the picture has to be the eyebrow.
I cant think of a black streak (original color) like that anywhere else on the human body :)
So the thing close to the eyebrow include ear, nose, and the eye.
Dude, what do you mean by 'communist' shift? Do you mena shift to the left, which means left of the eyebrow. So is it the ear??

Second guess: Could it be a water drop on top of a sunmica table (sunmica cos that would explain the white streak and blue,which get converted to black and orange as complimentary colours,right? But I'm still at a loss to explain why the title would be something like "White Hot".)
Third: The back of a ladybird, with the dot being one of its spots?(of course the problem here is it would be white after colour inversion)

Photo of a painting of a face of say a dancer or a diety. I guess it can be the forehead and top right corner is some decoration like the kumkum or something.

it's a flying saucer shot near area 51 since u said it is inverted that black line must be a stream of dark matter that probably caused one of those wild fires

it has to be a picasso painting. the whole thing oozes cubism. the eye is just a random eye..the lines are randomly placed tree branches and the minute hand of a clock also placed with random exactness

Somehow can't get rid of feeling that the top right object is the glowing tip. Match/ciggie. Beats my as to what the white ( black color inverted) streak is though.
ok guys, this has to remain unsolved. the answer is: it's the double yellow line in the middle of a road, and the object is a catseye reflector, commonly used in all roads to indicate the dividing line at night.
once you color invert it, it's pretty obvious with the larger image. i will post that too.
